Unbundled Networks is the carrier of record for other VoIP companies. Our partners market, sell and support phone service; we carry the regulatory and legal obligations that come with being the carrier behind it. We do not sell service directly — every customer on our network came to us through a partner.

You probably reached us from a phone bill, a caller ID lookup or a support page. We do not have your account — your provider does. Read this first, and it will point you back to the company that sold you your service.

Unwanted, fraudulent or abusive calls from a number on our network go to report a number. Subpoenas, court orders, warrants, emergency requests and industry traceback go to law enforcement and traceback.
